Can you please give Baine a helping hand?

Do you hear it? That strange noise that comes out of The Nautilus. Use this stethoscope, and you'll hear it. I've been working here for 10 years, and I've never heard anything like this. Can you find out what exactly happened?

Go to the harbor outside The Nautilus and walk towards East to find the observatory tower. You'll find Bart, there, and I have a hunch that he might have felt something. Please check and see if he's okay.

Maybe you don't hear that strange noise. Place your ear next to The Nautilus. Come on, just try it.

What? Baine noticed that, too?

As to what I saw last week... hold on a moment... there should be documentation of it somewhere.

You can find Bart at the observatory tower at the Nautilus Harbor. He spends his time with the seagulls.
