[Catch the Wind] Cassandra's Windy Fun

Hi, [Nama]! Are you enjoying your long weekend? Silly question, I know. Hey, I had an idea for something to do since the weather's so nice... Wanna help?

Score! Okay, so, like, bright and breezy days are perfect for pinwheels. So I went to the local Meso Tree and bought a whole mess of cheap ones. But then, out of the blue, monsters stole them all! Will they every stop being huge jerks? Probably not. SO! I need you to hunt regular monsters and get me 50 Toy Pinwheel items. As usual, you won't find any on monsters who are more than 10 levels below you or 20 levels above you!

Dude, do we really need to go through this every time I ask? Just say yes already.

Where are my 50 Toy Pinwheels? Don't say 'With the monsters.'
