I conducted some experiments on the Ghost Stumps and I think we may have a lead! The Smirking Ghost Stump Puppet is a very peculiar puppet. I need you to hunt more Smirking Ghost Stump monsters and find another Smirking Ghost Stump Puppet. 70 monsters should be good.

The change in the Ghost Stumps is not so rapid, so I can't tell whether the Ghost Stump or the Smirking Ghost Stump have the puppets.

You can hunt any kind of Ghost Stump. And don't go too nuts looking for that puppet. It's possible there's another cause. Possible, but unlikely.
