It sounds real fancy-like, but the term just means ye can use yer next attack skill even before yer prior one finishes.

Aye. There'll be less time between skills, which means ye'll be attackin' more quickly. This system also lets ye keep Stance up. A good defense is the best offense, as they say. Also, if ye learn the Chain skill, yer attacks'll do more damage.
