Mariwaka's Request

Anyway, since you're here and all, there's something you could help me out with. One day, I was walking in the back alley when, out of the blue, some creep ran up and grabbed my purse! I reported it to the police, but I haven't heard anything yet! There's a guy named Pipopa out in front of the police station. Could you ask him about my purse for me? I can't go right now because I'm in the middle of work.

Thanks. I'm counting on you!

Ah, you're here about Mariwaka's purse. Well... I'm afraid that issue ties into a much larger case, and we've had more urgent issues on our hands. Those back-alley thugs have been running rampant, and we're so shorthanded here that we've been searching for outside help. Please tell Mariwaka she'll have to wait a little longer. Now, if you'll excuse me...

Hmmm... you know... it's been really windy lately.
