I knew you'd come around! Alright, you need to go to the fifth and sixth floors of Kerning Square, get a Blue Perfume, Yellow Perfume, and Pink Perfume from the Perfume Shop and then give them to Vicky.

You might miss the Perfume Shop since it's pretty tiny. Take the portal on the 5th Floor 6th Floor Area A instead. It'll take you directly to the shop.
