The Council's Decision

Ah, Kaiser. I have an important announcement, so listen carefully. As you already know, Magnus's army was decimated in the battle at Pantheon. Based on this, the Heliseum Council has decided to advance on Tyrant's Castle at our capital of Heliseum. This is our big chance to retake our capital, and we have a specific task for you in this.

Good. If you indeed call yourself Kaiser, you must act the part. Your task will be to gather allies to aid us. While Magnus may be a conquerable foe, Darmoor may very well not be.

We have decided to look far and wide for new allies, and you will be traveling farther than anyone before. You know about the Interdimensional Portal at Pantheon, yes? This is one of the only doorways to other worlds left after Darmoor sealed Chronica, the Transcendent of Time. We confirmed that the portal is connected to another world, but we didn't use it because we didn't know exactly which world. Moreover, we couldn't be sure it wasn't a trap set by Darmoor.

But now, we think the benefits outweigh the risk. We have decided to send you through the portal to find new allies. However, the truth of the matter is that you are far weaker than the previous Kaiser. We expect you to hone your skills as you explore the new world we send you to.

You and the Angelic Buster will travel through the portal and proceed with the mission. Are you ready? If so, I'll prepare for your departure. You surely have questions about the new world. Fenelle can tell you more.

You call yourself Kaiser, and yet you refuse to serve Nova? Disgraceful.

Kaiser. I have heard of your mission from the Council. You will be departing with the Angelic Buster?

You are here to break the seal on the portal, but such things must not be rushed. Do not let the war-hungry Council push you into action.

Do not waste our time! Go see Fenelle immediately.
