Their Identity

Hey, you look new. You're not from around here, are you? If you're an outsider, you should have made your presence known to me immediately. What? Who am I? You don't know the great Bavan?

Open your eyes and listen carefully! This town is under the rule of us Black Wings! You have to follow our orders! You understand that?

Huh? I've never seen you before... Oh wait! You're that outsider! Did you bring the Streetlight Bulbs? Let me see if you brought enough.

Okay, first off... If you want to be in this town, you have to pay a special fee! 30 million Mesos should be enough! What? You don't have enough money? Then you'll have to make it up with hard labor!

If you go to the strolling path to the right of town, you'll see some Streetlights. Bring me 40 Streetlight Bulbs and I will consider it your fee. Pretty good deal, RIGHT?

Ah... You got all 40. This should be enough to satisfy Le Tierre... Okay! I give you permission to be here. However, you have to obey what we tell you. If you disobey the Black Wings, you'll be expelled immediately.

What? If you wanna make small talk, then go make it with Ferdi! \rHe's to the left.

You don't understand? Then get out of here!

Have you not brought the 40 Streetlight Bulbs yet? Hurry up and pay your fee! Head immediately to the strolling path to the right of town!
