Collector's Elixir
Collector's Elixir is a unknown (unknown) in GMS v271. Sells to NPCs for 1 mesos.
An elixir with heroic powers. If only it didn't taste heroically awful.
The skill level increase effect will only raise 4th Job skills above Master Level. The potion cannot be used on some maps, and when both the potion and the following buff skills are active, only the highest stat effect will be applied.
