Star Dust
Star Dust is a dust (character modification) in GMS v271. Sells to NPCs for 1 mesos.
Sprinkle some of this dust on Jett's Core to randomly reconfigure its stats. If Jett is at least Lv. 120 and the Core has been completed, this dust also has a chance to randomly increase or decrease stat ranks.
