MapleStory's developers have prepared a collection of heartfelt letters for you, [名前]. You can obtain 開発者の手紙 by opening the 13周年記念ボックス, which you can obtain by hunting monsters during the 11th Anniversary Event.

The 開発者の手紙コレクションブック that I gave you is a scrapbook that you can use to collect 開発者の手紙. If you collect everything cataloged in 開発者の手紙コレクションブック, you can obtain 13周年コイン as a reward.
