A Letter to the Empress

There's definitely something in this letter, but it's written in code. It looks pretty complicated...

You said a member of the Black Wings was reading it, right? Then that must mean they know the contents of this letter. It may be in code, but they must have someone who can decode it.

リリン will be able to decode this. Take the letter to リリン, and hurry!

(When you accept, you will move immediately to Rien.)

Eh? This is quite urgent. What's going on? Are you planning on hanging out tonight with ヘレナ? She's busy, too, and I am not sure if she can afford to set aside some time to hang out with you.

Ahhh, Aran, why did you drop something so valuable like this? You know very well how important this letter is! Good thing I got it back. Otherwise, what would have happened? Here, hold onto it tightly and head over to リエン村.

Aran? Tru told me you ventured into the past for some valuable knowledge. Have you come back? Tru told me I won't be disappointed this time around...

You still haven't gone to リエン村? If you want to get there before the Black Wings, you'll need to hand the letter to リリン immediately!
