[Ariant] Learning the Culture of Ariant

Hey, you are not from アリアント. Huh? How did I know? Come on, it's obvious! You don't look like someone from the desert, no offense. I'm sure you've noticed by now that the people of アリアント don't say a word to you...

Are the people of アリアント really that mean?

Nah, they are just extra careful around outsiders. These residents, having spent all their lives in the desert, don't really open up to strangers. It'll take some time for you to get adjusted to this place.

What can I do to talk to these people?

All you have to do is to become a citizen of アリアント. I'll tell you how. Are you sure you want to become a citizen?

It's easy! In the center of town, near アリアント宮殿, you'll find a huge oasis. Drink water from there, and the residents'll accept you.

Hmmm. Afraid to embrace a new culture? I understand it's hard to adapt, but just try it!

Hey, you drank the water! It's very important for the people of アリアント that you drink the water from the oasis. It means you're willing to be one of them, a rite of passage, so to speak.

Now you can start conversations with the people here. Be careful, though. The general mood around アリアント isn't very good these days. People are angered over the powerless Sultan and the ever-greedy Queen.

I advise you to go to the oasis and drink from it, if you want to be accepted the by the townspeople.
