Blue Dragon Cannon

Let me get you up to speed. We've been rebuilding the Blue Dragon Cannon in secret for months.

I'm sure you know how big a responsibility this sort of power is. The ancient Nova did not take it lightly, and nor shall we. This cannon is a last resort, and we'll need to dismantle it when we're done.

This is the key moment in taking Heliseum back from Magnus. I don't really like that we're turning to this sort of raw destructive power, but the council seems to think it's the only option.

The reconstruction is nearly complete, but we're lacking some supplies.

ベルダー, the leader of the council, will tell you what we need.

Go speak with ベルダー. And try not to let him eat you alive.

Didn't ピタス send you here? Please stop by later.

Ah, Kaiser. I am told that you have been instrumental in our recent successes. Would you please wait here? I have some minor business to attend to.
