General's Second Test

I'll go over the second test. Knight captains have to use their brains to make split decisions for the good of their troops.

Go speak to the people in town. Get an understanding of the troubles they face, the problems that plague them. When you understand what it means to be defenseless, you'll be tested on how well you can make sacrifices for the good of all.

ティロ and ロメロ are both in need of some help. You should start there.

How was it? Are you ready to test your virtues?

If you're ready, lend an ear to ティロ and ロメロ. Both of them are at the 都心の闇市.

I think you should take a little more time before the test starts.

People in high positions should always put others before themselves. Good work.

Remember that a leader is only as good as those that follow.

Please help ティロ and ロメロ resolve their problems. You should be able to find them over at都心の闇市.
