Ambition means chasing your goals in earnest, no matter how difficult the road becomes. It has nothing to do with pride, or empty boasts of 'I eliminated this monster' or 'I defeated 200 of that monster.' But true Ambition, if you have it, will earn the respect of others without you having to say a word.

I've been hunting the nearby monsters. I get little from it, but I see it as my duty to help the defenseless townsfolk... Why don't you join me in this effort and help the people of ペリオン?
