Looking for the Red Cape

You seem pretty tough. Think you're up for a little challenge?

One of my friends in Ellinia wanted to be a thief. After some training, he will start traveling... I would like to give him something special for him! So I asked 裏通りのゼイエム in カニングシティー to make a good claw and he wanted some weird stuff to make it.

So can you get the materials, which 裏通りのゼイエム wants? I'd like to get them by myself, but I can't move, because of this stupid clothing! Of course, I will pay you, if you do this for me... If you are not busy, can you please help me?

I knew you'd do it! I need 5 竜のうろこs and 10 ネジs. Also, I need a cape! Definitely going to need a cape. Can you get the 赤いマント I let リナ in ヘネシス borrow a few days ago? Get me these items, and I should be able to make something great for my friend's trip!

You must be very busy... If you have time later, please get back to me My friend will start traveling soon...

It's the perfect time of year for an adventure!

I thought you were gonna bring me stuff! Bring me 1 赤いマント, 5 竜のうろこs, and 10 ネジs! Thanks, you're a real pal! Oh, don't forget, I lent the 赤いマント to リナ in ヘネシス!
