[Magatia's Secret] Phyllia's Pendant

Do you... Need me for something? ドラン? Why do you want to know things about him? I... have no comment on the matter! I can't stand the fact that people that don't know him are constantly gossiping about him... like he's some monster. I don't want to hear it.

I met ドラン. I even talked to him.

...Did you know ドラン from the past? It doesn't look like you did, though... ドラン has been missing for quite some time. How can you claim that you saw ドラン then? When? And Where?

That's by following ファウェン's afterimage to the past...

Don't mention him any more. You're pretending to be kind to him, but you're really just trying to make him a sinner like yourself! If you want me to believe what you say, you need to show me proof.

I don't think I ever heard from him that he had a friend like you...

This... the drawing on this item is actually a rose from the snowfield. It's the very rose that ドラン gave me for his very first present. It's a silver pendant with the rose from the snowfield engraved on... ドラン had promised to give me this as a present, but... if you found this at his home, then... you really must have met with him...

I have no clue what ドラン's studies were. Maybe he was experimenting with something very dangerous. Even so... the way the presidents of both societies have acted since his disappearance unnerves me. They went to his house, and completely sealed it off from the rest of the world. They even barred me from the place, and I'm his wife.

Not only that, but after the two heads thoroughly searched De Lang's house, they clammed up completely, as if they signed a confidentiality agreement. Since no one's talking, other alchemists started speculating wildly about him. The more they did, the worse the rumors got. I even heard someone say that ドラン wanted to become the next Black Mage...

I know in my heart that that's not true. De Lang is a peaceful, quiet man who just wanted to help others through his experiments with Life Alchemy. I don't believe he was conducting the experiment for the wrong reason.

Zenumist and Alcadno. They are both hiding the truth behind what happened with ドラン. Those two can't stand one another, and yet they cooperate on this. They are hiding the truth from all of us, and I can't trust the ones that do that.

I don't know what the truth holds. I... do know that it is strongly tied to the very existence of Magatia as a whole.

Even if De Lang really committed a substantial crime... that's okay. I'd rather find out the truth.

If you did indeed meet ドラン, then please show me the evidence that you did. Otherwise, I don't think I can believe you.
