Talking Tree's Request

I wonder, then, if 妖精マル knew of my troubles? You see, I've been working on improving my debate skills, but I have been interrupted by 不思議なハイスタンプs appearing more frequently near エリニア. 不思議なハイスタンプ near エリニア... Odd, is it not?

These foul Axe Stumps have been threatening me with their axes. They even took a little chunk out of me last time! This cannot be allowed to continue.

I will send you to where those brutish 不思議なハイスタンプs are hiding, and I will ask that you kindly eliminate 40 of them. I am sure they will not bother me anymore after that. Because they will be gone.

Ah, you have returned! Did you eliminate those 不思議なハイスタンプs?

Splendid. You are indeed as kind as I had hoped. No wonder 妖精マル counts you as her friend.

Those 不思議なハイスタンプs are lurking around エリニア even now... Be careful when you face them. If you want to return to the 不思議なハイスタンプs' Hideout, you must abandon the quest and accept it again. Of course, you will have to start over and eliminate 40 Stumps again...
