The New Control Program

You are back. Thanks to the fuel of MT-09, I was able to create a remote transporting device. It's still in its experimental stage, but once the experiments are over, we'll be able to navigate through the Sector much easier. By the way, I've been in need of my assistant, and I'm so glad you're here!

This time, I need a special item for my new robot program, which I am currently working on. You'll see a monster called ロムバード every once in a while at the Eos Tower. I'll need at least 3 ロムバードのメモリカードs from you through that monster, alright?

All the ロムバードのメモリカード that have been collected afterwards, please send them to ポーター at the Sector Command Center for deciphering. He's not really the one to be depended upon, so I'm worried about that, but...3 解読されたメモリカードs from him for me, okay? Alright, let's get going!

I don't think you have 解読されたメモリカード, yet. Find ロムバード around Eos Tower, collect 3 ロムバードのメモリカードs, then bring them to the Command Center in the Omega Sector. ポーター will then decipher it, and will give me 3 解読されたメモリカードs.
