The Special Ink

What's going on? What? You're asking me if this 掛け軸 can be restored? Let me see... Hmm. How in the world did you manage to boil the 掛け軸? Only a fool like チエル would do that. Good thing it's made with such high quality paper.

Well, restoring the 掛け軸 is not impossible. As long as I have some special ink, I'll be able to restore it. I can make the 特殊墨汁 myself, so all you'll need to do is get me the materials needed for me to make one. I also charge a small fee, of course.

Wow, you brought all the materials I've asked you for. Now please hand me the items along with the required fee.

Okay, here are 8 batches of 特殊墨汁. Now open up the 掛け軸 and spray 特殊墨汁 all over the scroll to restore the content. If you happen to lose the 特殊墨汁, then I'll make you more, so just let me know.

You still don't have the 特殊墨汁's ingredients? Alright, one more time. Get 25 修練用藁のかかしの痕跡s, 25 修練用木のかかしの痕跡s, and 50 修練用壺のかけらs. Of course, don't forget the 50,000 Meso fee, either.
