Black Scale

I feel a strange aura emitting from you. Do you by any chance have 검은 비늘 with you? Recently, a number of cursed 검은 비늘s have been flashing all over the world, and I can feel the same thing from you. It's a very dangerous item, so would you mind giving it to me?

Where are you located? Hmmm... the fact that it feels close makes me suspect that you might be around 엘나스. It's not too far from here, so I want you to go to 오르비스 and hand me 검은 비늘. 듀나미스 had that too, and... it seems like 검은 비늘s are easily found in 엘나스...

You should know that as long as you hold on to it, you will be affected by it as well, from a higher percentage of scroll failure and lower drop rate to item decomposition. You may even lose hair as well. Are you sure you want to hold on to it?

Oh, so you did bring 검은 비늘. Good work. It's a dangerous item, so as soon as I feel it, I make sure to contact that individual and have that person bring it to me. Thankfully, most of the people I contacted promptly came and gave them to me, so it's not that difficult... the problem is that the level of curse seems quite powerful.

Did you... take one from 듀나미스, by chance?

듀나미스? Are you talking about that Knight 듀나미스? Yes, he brought a whole bunch of 검은 비늘 acquired from zombies. He wasn't satisfied with just retrieving those items, but he was rather interested in finding the origin so he could snuff them out. That's why he started asking me about the information on 검은 비늘.

Can you tell me what you told 듀나미스?

It was really nothing special. 검은 비늘 may look small on the outside, but it's really a scale of a dragon. Most dragon scales reflect magic, but since the curse is so deeply ingraned, I told him I suspect these scales are from a special dragon.

Apparently, that was enough for 듀나미스 to pack up and leave, and told me he'll be heading over to 리프레 and find out more... about the scales. Since 리프레 is the land where dragons and Halflingers coexist, there's got to be more information there.

Hmmm...? You didn't bring 검은 비늘 with you? Please gather up the 검은 비늘s that are laden with the power of curse.
