First, open your Use window and double-click on the book I gave you. It will reveal its true essence to you!

Now, look in your Use inventory and you will find the 마스터리 북 20 or the 마스터리 북 30!

You used the 마스터리 북 20 or 30 after your 4th Job Advancement, so you can choose a skill to level up to 30.

One more thing. You can use the 마스터리 북 20 when the skill's max level is 10, and then the 마스터리 북 30 when the skill's max level is 20.
