The first exam will test your strength. Matthias, one of my scouts at Kerning City, will assist. Talk to him, go to the Entry Testing Grounds, and eliminate Exam Instructor Tae Roon.

He won't fight back, but beating him in the time limit will require you to actually put some effort into it. Do not disappoint me.

I'll send you to Kerning City right now, if you want. Find Matthias and tell him you want to take the exam.
