Power of the Spirit of Wind

You are back, [Nome]. You came to raise the Skill Level of Wind Piercing, yes?

Only the Unstoppable Wind can condense the power of the Spirit of Wind into an arrow. Please obtain 10 Unstoppable Winds from Grizzly or Reinforced Iron Mutae monsters.

Hm, maybe I was mistaken.

I feel the surging winds. Please give them to me.

I have raised the Skill Level of Wind Piercing by 1, as promised.

And don't forget that you can come every 5 Levels to raise the Skill Level by 1 until Lv. 90.

You can't learn Wind Piercing without 10 Unstoppable Winds, which can be obtained from Grizzly or Reinforced Iron Mutae monsters.
