A Gift from Intaglio

[Name], my darling, darling student! You're a Lv. 4 Jeweler! When did that happen? Oh, that doesn't matter. I've had something set aside for just this occasion!

Now that you've had a taste of Accessory Crafting, you should try making something really special. This is a difficult Recipe, but it's all yours now! Oh, I can't wait until you're Lv. 10 Jeweler, just like me!

Oh, this is so exciiiting! Now, where was it? Oh, give me a second... Talk to me a little later.

You don't want it? But why not? I know you don't mean that. I'll hold it for you until January 31, 2011, just in case you change your mind.
