A New Skill for Wind Archer

...What is it? A new skill...? Neinheart must have spilled this secret. I am not surprised he did that. Yes, there is a new skill out there, but I believe your level is too low for that. It's just too dangerous.

I still want to learn the skill.

Since you say it's too dangerous......

...If you really want the skill, then there is a way. You will have to show me that you are capable of handling this new skill. It will not be easy, and it may even be life-threatening. Do, do you still want to do it?

The test is set up at the 3rd Drill Hall of Entrance to the Drill Hall. Take the test, and bring back Proof of Qualification with you. If you can do that, then I will teach you the new skill.

...Yes, it was I who rejected it, but I have to say I am quite disappointed. I did not want to see you turn into a coward like that.

...Sometimes, a risky proposition like this can do you a huge favor.

You managed to successfully bring back Proof of Qualification. I knew you wouldn't let me down. Okay, now that you have proven me that you are worthy of this new skill, here it is.

A news kill for the Wind Archers, Hurricane. Please use this only when necessary.

I guess you were unable to acquire Proof of Qualification. Head over to Entrance to the Drill Hall, enter the 3rd Drill Hall, take the test, and bring back Proof of Qualification with you.
