A Request from Staff Sergeant Charlie

What? You came all the way to here by Master Sergeant Fox's request? I thought I was the only survivor. I knew that nothing can hurt Master Sergeant Fox. HAHA!

It is good to hear that he is alive. So he is working at El Nath huh? Okay... I found A Piece of an Ancient Scroll and this would be somewhat related to our mission.

Master Sergeant Fox should be waiting for this item. Just pay me an information fee of 8000 Mesos and I will give it to you. Without this item, you won't be able to prove that you met me, so I suggest that you accept this condition.
