Starting the quest
Eh? What is it? Huh? A new skill? How is this information leaking? I don't think other commanders are sharing this information. Anyway, since it's you, I have already given up on trying to convince you not to learn this skill. Just try passing this test.

Head over to the 4th Drill Hall of Entrance to the Drill Hall, pass the test that's given to you, and bring back Proof of Ability so I can teach you the new skill.

Eh? You don't want to do it? What is it? Is something wrong? This is not fun.
Turning in the quest
Ohhh! You managed to bring back Proof of Ability! I knew you'd be able to pull it off! Well, here's the new skill for you!
Reply to “Yes”
It's a new skill for the Thunder Breakers, Speed Infusion. Use it well, you understand?
Additional replies
Ah, were you not able to find Proof of Ability...? You can get it at the 4th Drill Hall of Entrance to the Drill Hall. Of course, you know that it's the getting part that's the hardest.
