Starting the quest
What! You're disturbing my research. Go away! Huh? You came here to bring me a book? What are you talking about? Hey, Do you think I'm dumb enough to lose research data? Recipe for a Black Cloud? I don't study such crap! ...but wait...Black Cloud? Let me read this book, there may be something of value in it.
...Hmm... Oh... Ah... This is interesting. I don't know who this is but he's doing pretty interesting research. The great scientist Hugh will complete the research. You should join me!

Intrigued are we? Well, looks like we'll need a 1 Ventilating Fan, 100 Ink Bottles, 50 Screws, 1 Long-lasting Battery, 50 Cogs, 10 Dual Pirate's Propeller and 20 Steel. That'll be enough to produce a Black Cloud machine. After you gather them, return to me and I'll assemble everything!
Ah. Ask Kay from Earth defense HQ to make a ventilation fan as he knows how to make it. He's young but quite good. Let me see... Porter is supposed to give me durable batteries so that I can use them. Ok? Kay and Porter. Get going!

What? You don't want to? You're strange. Why did you bring me a book if you don't want to know what's in it? How strange...
Turning in the quest
Oh, you gathered everything. Pretty good. I can build this Black Cloud machine by just assembling parts! Here you gp!
