Cassandra's Forgetfulness

Whaaat?! Oh, no! This can't be good! I can't believe that I, Cassandra, master organizer of Maple World, have made such a mistake! Oh, the tragedy! The drama! What? What's going on, you ask?

Something special is going on at Ariant. But I completely forgot to tell others about it! And now there are way too many people who aren't aware of what's going on! Oh, dear...

I should spring into action! Judging by your level, you seem to fit the requirements. So, what are you waiting for? Go find Cesar!

What? Who is this Cesar, you ask? I don't have time to explain such things! Hurry and go! Oh yeah, I still haven't told you were Cesar could be! You're bound to find Cesar at either Ariant, Perion, Henesys, Ludibrium, or Nautilus Harbor! So hurry and go!

What? Are you saying you don't want to head over to Cesar? Well, if you don't want to I guess I can't force you... Hmph! Then get out of my way! There are plenty of others I can bring this news to!

You still haven't gone to meet Cesar? I told you, you could probably find him at Ariant, Perion, Henesys, Ludibrium, or Nautilus Harbor!
