URRGH! It's still not enough! Edelstein will go broke in 4 days at this rate! Ah, and I was so looking forward to the new building... Citizen, can I count on you to provide for the people once again?

Some Bronze Plates are what the city budget needs. Not Bronze Ore, but refined Plates! About 2 of them should do the trick... You DO know how to refine Bronze, I assume. Just find an anvil and...I don't have to tell you where to find an anvil, too, do I?

Huh. You're not one of those anarchist-types, are you?

Turning in the quest

Ah, the Bronze Plates! Good, good! Now that we have the resources, we can get to work on the new council president mansion... Pwahaha!

Well done. I'll come to you first if the city needs more help.

Those aren't Bronze Plates! If you don't have the right skills, just buy it from someone who does! Don't you have any common sense?
