Starting the quest
Hey! Again! Again... I've got a job to gather 60 Specter Corps Orders items from Specter soldiers. When you get them all, take them over to Edea in the Downtown Black Market. You want a piece of that action?
Reply to “Yes”
Don't forget, only Specter Corps soldiers carry those orders.
Reply to “No”
I have a bunch of other people lining up to help me out, [Name]!
Turning in the quest
[Name], did you get the papers? Hopefully, they'll have some information we can use...
Reply to “Yes”
Haha, not bad, but nothing of strategic importance. You may be on your way.
Additional replies
I believe I requested 60 sets of orders...
Edea is at the Downtown Black Market.
