Starting the quest
Romero's been playing the market, and apparently Tamer's Whip is hot, hot, HOT! You should get some for me.
Reply to “Yes”
Nice. You can get Tamer's Whip items from Specter Tamer monsters. Just smash 'em until the items pop out.
Reply to “No”
I have a bunch of other people lining up to help me out, [Name]!
Turning in the quest
Why if it isn't [Name]? Are you the one who took on my request? I'm happy to see you!
Reply to “Yes”
Good. Good! With these, I'll be rich! Richer than you, anyway.
Additional replies
I'm only asking for 50. If you can't finish the job, I'll ask someone else.
Romero is at Downtown Black Market.
