Starting the quest
Romero has a personal commission today. He wants to make a new antidote by combining Specter's Deadly Poison. I'm not sure if that's even possible.
I don't know if Romero will succeed, but this is a commission. Could you get 100 Specter's Deadly Poison items for Romero?
Reply to “Yes”
You can find Specter's Deadly Poison on Guerrilla Specter monsters.
Reply to “No”
I have a bunch of other people lining up to help me out, [Name]!
Turning in the quest
Why if it isn't [Name]? Are you the one who took on my request? I'm happy to see you!
Reply to “Yes”
Ha. Haha. Hahaha! I hit the jackpot here! *Poot!*
Additional replies
I asked for 100, you know. 100! I'm a busy man. I don't got any time to waste!
Romero is at Downtown Black Market.
