Dialogue

Starting the quest

Hey... isn't this Scroll of Secrets? Hmmm... I have to say, I know a thing or two about this item. This is a scroll that contains parts of the ancient secrets that's been sealed to it. It is a very mysterious item, and if you try to open this without supervision, might put a curse on you to protect its contents.

If you give me the Scroll of Secrets, then I'll request it for deciphering to the expert at Omega Sector. I'll give you Magic Box in return. It's a mysterious box that contains an item, and no one knows what's inside. What do you think? Will you give me that scroll?

Reply to “Yes”

Alright! I'll have to request it immediately! By the way, do you know how to open the Magic Box? You'll need an item called A Key of the Magic Box in order to open that box. I used to have it, only to lose it one day at a place where monsters were aplenty.

Please defeat Trixter, which can be found at Eos Tower en route to Ludibrium, and bring back the A Key of the Magic Box with you. I'll open the Magic Box for you if you bring me that. I'll be here awaiting good news.

Reply to “No”

Hmmm... I can assure you that keeping the scroll won't do much for you. Talk to me if you want to change your mind!

Turning in the quest

You really did bring A Key of the Magic Box! Now I can open Magic Box with ease. What do you think? Do you want me to open this for you right now?

Reply to “Yes”

Do you like the item you got from this box? Alright, if you ever find Scroll of Secrets again, please come talk to me!

Additional replies

I don't think you have found A Key of the Magic Box, yet. I lost the A Key of the Magic Box a while ago at Eos Tower near Ludibrium. Please defeat Trixter, a spider look-alike monster, and bring the key back so I can open the box for you.
