Starting the quest
I was trying to make a hot-air balloon so I could soar through the sky, but I ran into some... boo-boos. The sort of boo-boos that a helpful adventurer like yourself could fix! You HAVE to help me, okay?!

I can't believe I'd never thought of Flying Medicine! All I need is the materials and I can zoom through the clouds!
I can make the Flying Medicine with 50 Pelvic Bone items and 20 Witchgrass Leaf items. Witchgrass Leaves can be plucked from purple flowers in the Swamp Region. As for Pelvic Bones, eliminate the monsters in the Excavation Site: Closed Area.

Turning in the quest
Did you bring the materials for the potion?
Reply to “Yes”
My dreams... they're finally going to come true! Thanks to you, I'm going to spit on SO MANY PEOPLE!!

You still haven't gathered all the materials for the medicine? I need 50 Pelvic Bone items and 20 Witchgrass Leaf items.
