Do Gong's Spell

Tae Roon hasn't been away from town just to avoid people in general. He's a straight-edged kid. When he realized the magnitude of the acts he committed, he exiled himself from civilization to meditate and redeem himself.

All that time alone seems to have done him some good. The curse is weakening, and there are long stretches where he almost seems like himself. I may be able to counterspell the curse now.

However, this kind of spell requires preparation. In order to neutralize the curse, I'll need some items to work with. Could you find them for me?

You did gather up all the items... okay now it's time for me to get to work. This is the spell that neutralizes the evil forces that cloud the judgment of anyone affected by it.

Thank you. So, I'll need 10 sheets of Old Paper from Book Ghosts, 10 Broken Deer Horns from Cute Reindeer, and 50 Peach Seeds from Peach Monkeys. These can all be found in the Mu Lung area. An adventurer of your caliber shouldn't have any problem collecting them.

......

...NOO...!

While I was working on the spell, I felt a strong disturbance from the King Sage Cat. I thought he'd been losing interest in Tae Roon... but that wasn't it. If nothing else, he's been observing Tae Roon, and using him as a pawn to attract other Masters at Mu Lung.

Tae Roon himself is the real problem, though. His conscience, his kindness, they're actually working against him, burying him deeper in the curse. Pulling him out might be harder than I thought...

Unless he can come to terms with his own conscience, I don't see a way to free his heart, or his mind, from the curse. I'm ashamed to say it, but I'm at a loss. Please send my apologies to No Gong...

That's unfortunate... without those items, I won't be able to caste the spell. What can I do?

I don't think you have gathered up all the necessary items to begin the spell. It requires 10 Sheets of Old Paper, 10 Broken Deer Horns, and 50 Peach Seeds.
