Starting the quest
Hello! The long-anticipated new job Dual Blade has been launched. They're faster than shadows! They're stronger than dragons! Please welcome the new Dual Blades!
Hold onto the Black Feather I'm about to give you for 15 minutes. Then it'll turn into a Shining Feather. Give that Shining Feather back to me, and I'll give you either the 2x EXP buff or the 2x Drop Rate buff. Whichever one you want.
