Hey, the townspeople have been acting strange, suspicious. They're plotting against the Black Wings, and according to our intelligence, the figure at the center of the plot is none other than...Fabio, the owner of the Edelstein Hair Salon!
I've always been suspicious of that guy... I've heard that every night at 6 PM sharp, he kicks everyone out of the Edelstein Hair Salon and works on something. I have a feeling that he may be making something dangerous. Go to Fabio and question him.
