General Kaiser

I've heard everything about your achievements, Kaiser. I know I've got some big shoes to fill.

After seeing what you're capable of, I think you're more than qualified for a bigger role in our army.

There's a test, called the Proof of Greatness. Anyone who wants to move up in the Nova army has to take it.

We can go over the details later. Right now, I just want to say good job. You've done more for this army than I could ever hope to.

Talk to Cartalion at the Downtown Black Market if you want to know more about captains.
