I've given you the Cosmic Green and the Eco Strategy Journal. With the Cosmic Green in your Set-up inventory, attack monsters in certain areas to charge the gauge. Once the gauge is full, you can call on the green stars of the universe to unleash the power of Going Green. This power will allow you to eliminate hordes of monsters, especially the foul Dust King.

You can find the Cosmic Green hunting grounds through the by clicking the #03994375Event Notifier on the left side of your screen.

Make sure you're over Level 10, and have empty slots in your Equip, ETC, Use, and Set-up Inventory tabs.
