Starting the quest
The octopi nearby are... did that rhyme? I hate when I rhyme. I can't get boats in to my harbor and I can't get boats off of the shore. No boats. That's a problem.
If you trimmed down the local Starfish Octopus Slime and Seashell Octopus Slime populations by 30, I could get some crafts in the water.

Irvin's plane doesn't have the hauling capacity to get all of my supplies here. Go clear the waters around the Softwave Beach 2 and Hardwave Beach areas.

How am I going to get my bacon without boats?
Turning in the quest
I hope those beaches are slime and octopus free.

I'm glad we solved that issue. I also found out some interesting news on that submarine Tofu saw. Talk to me in a minute.
Additional replies
Hunt 30 Starfish Octopus Slime and Seashell Octopus Slime monsters in Softwave Beach 2 and Hardwave Beach so that the boats can sail.
