Dialogue

Starting the quest

H-hey! How'd you get that Halloween Dance Coupon? You must have been running jobs for Cygnus again, huh? I bet you don't even know how to use it...

Reply to “No”

Fine. It's not like I wanted to teach you anyway.

Turning in the quest

Reply to “Yes”

You need that Halloween Dance Coupon to get into the Halloween Star event. It happens every night at 8 when the season's right. There are all sorts of prizes, so make room in your equip, use, and set-up tabs before the event!

If you want to be a Halloween Star, you need to have that Halloween Dance Coupon and be online when the winners are announced. You better help Cygnus with her masquerade if you want to be a part of it!
