[Heliseum] Beldar's Letter

Are you doing well in Maple World, Kaiser? This might feel abrupt, but it's finally happening... Operation Free Heliseum. We're going to take back our capital from Magnus.

Of course, it's not going to be easy. Magnus is a powerful enemy, and we're not entirely prepared. However, we must take a stand... This isn't something we can keep delaying. Even if we have to recover Outrigger, the holy relic protecting the Nova.

We are asking for help from all our allies, as even a little more aid could make the difference. I was wondering if you could deliver a letter to the Cygnus Knights in Maple World. As far away as they are, they might cooperate against a common enemy...

I leave this to you. I hope it works out.

Do you have another idea? Don't be shy.

It's been a while, Kaiser. What brings you to Ereve?

This is...a letter? It's a letter from the Nova Council. Please wait while I review this.

An operation to reclaim the capital of the Nova... I understand the situation. However, this is not something I can agree to on my own. I must discuss this with the other members of the Alliance. There will be a meeting soon, and I think you should join as well, Kaiser.

You lost the letter? It's rare for you to make such a mistake. I'll give you another one. Hurry and take it to Ereve.

It's been a while, Kaiser. What brings you to Ereve? Do you have something for me?

Deliver a letter to the Cygnus Knights in Maple World. They are in Ereve.
