Starting the quest
Hey, Angelic Buster! Did you hear the news?
The news that you all get to watch ME put on an amazing show of amazingness?
Hahaha, no! Edea, the Ice Witch, is going to perform at this concert! What an amazing treat we're all in for. That lady is smoking hot!
...
O-of course, I can't wait to see you too. I mean, I think. Do you sing? I'm sure it'll be great, but I am really, really, really excited to see Edea.
Aaand you just made my no-autograph list.
Oh, come on! This is going to be a once in a lifetime opportunity! But only if you're willing to help me.
You are the worst! What do you want?
Harpoon's building the stage, but I don't think he's got his head in the game. Idols and witches need wicked decorations, right? I was thinking how cool it would be to put up some Sparkling Specter Stone thingies and streamers and stuff. Don't you think that would be cool?

Wow, I am so excited to see you ladies prancing around on stage!
Reply to “No”
We can't hold a concert on a bare stage with all those soldiers around!
Turning in the quest
That wasn't too bad, right?
Reply to “Yes”
I'm going to light up the night with these! Don't worry, I won't let Edea get the spotlight to herself... Both of you are going to be so beautiful! You'd better get over to the Downtown Black Market and talk to Edea.
Additional replies
I need about 50 Sparkling Specter Stone items to really make the stage shine.
