Starting the quest
Did you hear the story? Recently, a huge sandstorm swept across Sunset Road in Nihal Desert. The path that connects Ariant to Magatia disappeared completely for a whole week. Even the residents there claim it was the biggest sandstorm they'd seen in a hundred years.
After the sandstorm passed, I checked to see how it affected the creatures and discovered something amazing. A Pyramid! A giant Pyramid standing right before my eyes!
I think it's a Pyramid that used to be buried underground but resurfaced after the sandstorm drastically changed the landscape. The local residents claim the Pyramid is evil and don't go anywhere near it.
But I disagree with them. An evil Pyramid? That doesn't make any sense! So I decided to enter the Pyramid and study the basics of the ancient burial process. But someone stopped me in my tracks, saying that I was not qualified and that I would only enrage some god known as Nett.
Only those who are Lv. 80 or higher are allowed to enter. What a bummer...I'm Lv. 79! That means YOU'RE gonna have to explore the pyramid for me. How about it?

Awesome! I want you to investigate the inside of the Pyramid thoroughly and tell me what it's like in detail. Head to Sahel 3, and you'll find a new path that leads you to the Pyramid. I'll be here waiting. The man that stopped me at the entrance of the Pyramid is called Duarte. Strange name, don't you think?
Reply to “No”
A giant Pyramid has revealed itself out of the blue! Aren't you excited to find out what's inside?
Turning in the quest
Stop immediately, foolish one. Are you not afraid of death?
I want to explore the Pyramid.
Fools. A sea of fools. Are all humans this foolish? Even one who called himself a scholar dared to venture here. But is not death something to avoid?
I am here on behalf of that scholar, Byron.
I see. That fool. I was merciful enough to save him from the throngs of death, and instead he drags himself to another one of its doorsteps. So be it. Let us see if he can escape the breath of Anubis.
Reply to “Yes”
I hereby grant thee the permission to enter. However, we must see whether the pyramid itself will accept thee...should that be the case, thou shall receive Nett's Pyramid when thy exploration has ended. Bring that to me, and I shall give thee a rare treasure.
