Starting the quest
There are a lot of Specters still in the region. I want you to get rid of them.
The best way to get rid of these suckers is to put on a dominant display of force. Really let 'em know we're going to trounce them once and for all. How about you go put the hurt on their Specter Miner and Specter Shieldbearer squadrons?
(You will move to the relevant field automatically upon accepting.)

Marvelous as always, Angelic Buster. Take out 100 each of the Specter Miner and Specter Shieldbearer troops.
Reply to “No”
Hahaha, I appreciate your desire to go do some more damage, but let's just do it my way for once.
Turning in the quest
How many of those baddies did you take down?
Reply to “Yes”
You look like you did a number on those chumps! We'll move on to the next planning stage when you're ready.
Additional replies
I'm sure you can take down 100 Specter Miner and Specter Shieldbearer troopers in the blink of an eye... once you get started.
