New Alliance

Kaiser. The Council has reached a decision.

Welcome. I trust you have brought good news?

We have agreed to ally with the Cygnus Knights, despite the dangers of going to war with two Transcendents. Please inform the Cygnus Knights of our decision.

Excellent. This is a golden opportunity for both of our worlds. I will inform the Alliance and begin formalizing the arrangement. Thank you for your part in this, Kaiser.

Wait, don't you want to hear the decision?

Didn't you need to talk to Ereve? Oh, was it Neinheart? Well, let them know what we've decided.
