[New Year's Event] New Year's Greetings

Hey, [Name]!

Happy new year! What, you haven't sent a New-Years' greeting to your family?! I send greetings to all my family members back on the moon, along with some celebratory carrot juice! The postage alone costs me a fortune.

We Wee Moon Bunnies wish Maple World were full of warmth, love, and tasty carrots! I'm doing my best to show the world we're all one big family. The least you could do is pitch in a little for your home planet.

Now, collecting Maple Family Points(FP) is easy.

All you need to do is send a greeting to someone with a family label. What's a family label, you ask? It's a generational title such as "Senior", "Mom", or "Uncle", representing how many years you've spent in Maple World.

You can send up to 10 greetings each day, but only to characters with the family label icons. You can, however, accept as many greetings as you like!

Confused? Well, it's easier to learn by doing. Find a Mapler with a family label, and send them a greeting! Pro tip: Greetings sent to characters with a different family label than your own will net you more Family Points.

First, find a character that has a family symbol by their name.

Right-click it and select 'Send Holiday Greetings' from the menu!

A message will be sent to that character! When they accept it, a special greeting window will open up.

Whether you're sending the greeting or receiving it, you'll get Maple Family Points (FP) when it's accepted using the

[Accept Greeting] button!

Now, there are a few restrictions. Listen carefully!

2. You can send up to 10 greetings each day.

3. You get more Family Points when you greet characters with a different family label than your own.

Look around for anyone with a family label, and send them a New-Year's greeting. You may end up brightening their day. Now hop to it!
